The Frycon India Oil Dryer is designed for efficiently removing oil or water from products such as namkeen, chips, fryums, and pellets. With a 100-150 kg capacity and a 20 kg per batch production rate, this automatic oil dryer features a durable Stainless Steel 304 body. Power is transmitted from a 3 HP CG motor through a 4-inch to a 5-inch pulley and rubber housing to control vibrations. The rotating basket reaches 1200 RPM (adjustable via AC VFD) to generate centrifugal force, effectively removing excess oil or water, ensuring a crisp and high-quality finish.
