A. Eligibility for Wholesale Partnership

1. Wholesale partnerships are available to businesses engaged in the resale or distribution of food processing equipment.

2. A valid business license and GST registration (if applicable) must be provided during the application process.

3. Frycon India reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

B. Minimum Order Requirements

D. Ordering Process

3. Full payment must be made prior to shipping, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

E. Shipping and Delivery

1. Wholesale orders will be shipped via our trusted logistics partners.

2. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Frycon India is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

F. Returns and Exchanges

1. Wholesale orders are non-returnable unless there are manufacturing defects.

2. Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Replacement items will be provided after inspection of the returned products.

G. Marketing and Branding

1. Wholesale partners are encouraged to use Frycon India’s branding and promotional materials, provided they adhere to our guidelines.

2. Misrepresentation of Frycon India’s products or brand is strictly prohibited.

H. Termination of Partnership

1. Frycon India reserves the right to terminate wholesale agreements for violations of this policy or misuse of partnership privileges.

2. Partners may terminate their agreement by providing written notice to Frycon India.
