Description:
The PS400 Potato Slicer by Frycon India is designed for high-efficiency potato slicing with a capacity of 400 kg/hr. Constructed from Stainless Steel 304, it features a 10-inch rotor and die system driven by a 2 HP motor. Using a pulley system to transfer motion to the vertical shaft, the machine presses potatoes against a stationary die and blade to produce plain chips, ripple chips, or potato sticks, depending on the selected die. A water supply assists in directing sliced chips to the removal chute. The slicer is equipped with 3 cutters for versatile operation.
