Description:
This industrial-grade banana slicer is designed to process up to 80 bananas per minute, equipped with a double-head configuration for high-efficiency slicing. Constructed with SS 304 stainless steel, the machine is powered by a 1 HP CG motor. The motor drives the system via a pulley mechanism, reducing the RPM to 600 per minute. Bananas are fed into the machine two at a time, entering a specially designed rotor that rotates them against a stationary cutter die with blades. The centrifugal force slices the bananas, which exit tangentially and fall into the hot oil. This slicer is ideal for mounting over a batch fryer, ensuring fast and precise slicing.
