Description:
This high-capacity pulse washing machine, designed with SS 304 stainless steel, is equipped with a 2 HP motor and a helical gear box drive (Elemech/Bongiglioli/Premium). The motor reduces the RPM to 60 per minute, ensuring efficient and uniform washing. Pulses like Moong Dal and Chana Dal are fed into the top of the machine, where they are homogeneously washed and tumbled by internal fins mounted on a single shaft system. The rotation speed is fixed for optimal performance. The product can be removed by manually tilting the machine, and water is discharged through a bottom valve after each wash.
