Description:
This automated namkeen production system streamlines the entire process, from dough kneading to frying. Besan dough is kneaded in a dough kneader and fed into an 8-inch Sev Extruder. Extruded namkeen moves forward through hot oil jets and is carried by a 20-inch submerger belt that presses the product into the oil for controlled frying. A takeoff belt collects the fried namkeen and removes it from the fryer. The fryer incorporates an advanced oil circulation system, filtering and heating oil through a heat exchanger for efficient reuse.
