- Advanced Heating System: The edible oil is heated using a three-pass heat exchanger, consisting of SS seamless tubes SCH 40 SS 304 with a total coil length of 400 ft. The coil is designed for double passes to ensure optimal heat transfer.
- Furnace Setup: The furnace box at the bottom is made on-site using bricks and cement (provided by us). It operates with a twin-compartment system, where the top compartment burns wood and the bottom compartment collects ash.
