Description:

This automatic Boondi making machine from Frycon India is designed to process up to 100 kg of Boondi per hour. It consists of two key components:

1. Slurry Pumping System:
   The homogeneous mixture of gram flour and water (slurry) is pumped by a rotating cavity pump with a hopper. The drive is powered by a 1 HP CG motor and a helical gearbox. The slurry is pumped through a pipeline into the pre-fryer, and the flow is controlled by an AC VFD.
2. Pre Fryer & Extruder:
   The slurry falls onto an SS sieve, where Boondi balls are formed by gravity and surface tension. These balls are partially cooked in hot oil in the pre-fryer and then fully fried in the main fryer connected to the pre-fryer. The Boondi balls, along with hot oil, enter the main fryer for final cooking.
