Description:
This namkeen-making machine, designed for besan-based snacks, is constructed with Stainless Steel 304 for durability and hygiene. It features an SS worm screw, driven by a double chain drive system, and powered by a 1.5 HP CG motor, reducing RPM to 100 for precise extrusion. Dough is fed from the front, pressed through an 8.5-inch sieve/jali, and directly extruded into the fryer. The swing design allows easy handling, with extrusion options inside or outside the oil.
